Message	It certianly applies to any other cop. A patrol car sitting using any speed detection device is a "stationary speed detection device" The law is there because of what you said and so cops are not hidding around just to tally up the tickets when what they are supposed to be doing is making driving more safe. Which would be better accomplished if they were visible...then everyone would be slowing down. you had the code I was refering to 40-14-7 Cops also can not break traffic laws any ol time they please... they must be in pursuit of an offender and MUST have their emergency lights on.
